Any dissatisfaction during safari must be reported immediately to your Tour Consultant or Manager via official communication channels. If unresolved, a written complaint should be submitted within 30 days of safari completion.

All formal complaints will be investigated, and if validated, appropriate compensation or resolution will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
